Program Apex is a visual science fiction story that follows a protagonist determined to develop a device capable of manipulating molecules. However, his plans take an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with a mysterious girl from the future, who challenges his beliefs and puts the true purpose of his invention at risk.

Nathalia is a simple girl and the Protagonist's girlfriend. Ever since she was a child, she wanted to become a model, but fate made her stay by her childhood friend's side.

Lynn is determined and loves working out to make her body as perfect as possible. She is the protagonist's best friend and helps him as much as possible.

Mavis is a mysterious girl, appearing strangely naked in the protagonist's room. She finds herself alone, having run away from her mother who was experimenting on her.

Ms. Winterson is the class teacher, with her brilliant and determined mind. She is willing to help everyone in any way she can.

Sofia is a girl who is proud of her achievements. Determined to be the best, she discovers that someone has managed to work on her father's research and sees him as a rival.

Keiko is a shy girl who trusts only her best friend Sofia, who accompanies her wherever she goes, knowing that she will always have a safe place.

Zoey is the youngest teacher to join the university, and knowing the secrets of the protagonist's team, she shows an air of mystery.
